Urban renovation and hoarding: A winning duo

In recent years, the city of Épinay-sur-Seine has been undertaking a major urban renovation project. A second program has entered its operational phase, aiming to transform the living environment of over 30,000 residents by 2030. Celize is assisting the municipality in this process through a hoarding that meets several objectives.

A profound transformation marking a renewal

Gradually, the residents of Épinay-sur-Seine are seeing their daily lives change, as is the character of certain neighborhoods. The city center is one of them. Creation and restoration of public facilities, opening of green spaces, and the construction and renovation of housing will continue in succession.

This dynamic is reflected in the hoarding created and installed by Celize’s teams at the intersection of Rue de Paris and Rue du Maréchal Maison. It announces the project of a center that will bring together various administrative services at a single location

Combining originality and serenity

Choosing such a medium ensures optimal visibility without compromising the integrity of the site. The message is conveyed distinctly and clearly, and the colorful touches, skillfully distributed by the design agency Saguez & Partners, create a vibrant atmosphere.

At the same time, the 100-meter-long and 4.5-meter-high hoarding plays a protective role by securing a future construction area and preventing any risk of gatherings. It runs the entire length of the building and perfectly follows its shapes, adopting an accordion style in places to break any potential monotony.

Tailored design

Celize analyzes the most appropriate solution for each client based on target audiences, expressed goals, and technical specifics of the location. For Épinay-sur-Seine, the challenge was to work on a construction site located in the city center, generating significant foot traffic.

To help its client visualize the project, Celize first created a 3D model of the hoarding. This process confirmed the chosen option and was an essential step to ensure the compliance of the setup with current safety standards. Once the simulation was completed, our company specializing in urban dressing produced the frame and cladding of the hoarding in anti-graffiti printed Dibond.

Whatever your project, Celize offers a range of external communication supports for your construction sites and events.
