Urban dress up of the “Impressionist Train”
In partnership with the Musée d’Orsay and STIF, SNCF is launching a new “Impressionist Train” service. SNCF entrusts Celize with the dressing of the train.
The impressionist train
This traveling museum immerses passengers in the heart of Impressionist painting. The train travels through cities emblematic of this artistic movement, such as Asnières-sur-Seine, Argenteuil, and Mantes-la-Jolie. The decor is created by the Adkeys agency.
The transformation of the train into a museum
Celize orchestrates the transformation of the train from production to installation.
Celize applies its know-how and expertise to ensure a meticulous and harmonious dressing of the different cars in Impressionist colors.
This new artistic decor allows passengers to discover Impressionism through five themes presented throughout the cars:
- The Impressionists and Industrialization
- The Impressionists and Paris
- The Gardens of the Impressionists
- The Impressionists along the Water
- The Landscapes of the Line
