A stylish and green hoarding reveals the future Eureka building
Groupama Real Estate is leading a restructuring project on its Eureka building located on Boulevard Malesherbes in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Groupama Real Estate is communicating about this Eureka operation with a new type of construction site hoarding to appropriately reflect its project.
Highlighting the Eureka operation through construction site communication
The Eureka building will offer 6,545 square meters of prime office space and 1,300 square meters of accessible terraces and balconies, overlooking a protected inner courtyard garden. It will be emblematic due to the bold architecture of its new façades. This complete restructuring project is designed by the DTACC architecture firm in close collaboration with the Architects of the Buildings of France responsible for the neighborhood. Surrounded by Haussmann-style buildings, the architectural project aims to be contemporary while reinterpreting these fabulous façades.
Groupama Real Estate wants to reveal the project in an aesthetic and original way.
Stylish hoarding design for the construction Site
This Parisian architectural context is an opportunity to imagine a new kind of hoarding design to announce and present the future of the building.
As an expert in decorative construction site dressing, Celize has designed a hoarding where greenery, copper, and communication blend harmoniously to best highlight the Eureka operation.
The copper color and greenery are part of the building’s identity.
The idea is to bring relief to this hoarding to echo the future façade of the building.
