A multi-format hoarding for the AIR project in Levallois-Perret

The real estate investment company, Foncière ATLAND, in partnership with PGGM, is behind a project in Levallois-Perret that completely restructures a building. They are reimagining the concept of workspaces. Celize designed a hoarding that highlights each innovative element of this real estate program through various dimensions and a thoughtful layout.

Offices in the AIR of the times

Stimulating and friendly, this is how ATLAND envisions the professional environment. The AIR project aligns with this vision by prioritizing brightness, openness to the outside, and greenery. Employee well-being is at the heart of the approach, as are sustainability concerns: optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency…

AIR offers a work environment that harmoniously meets the expectations of modern businesses and their employees. The balance between indoor and outdoor spaces is ever-present. Through the communication support designed by Celize, these innovative aspects are showcased around the building.

An immersive effect created by the hoarding

The hoarding design creates the impression of entering the premises. At eye level, passersby can already imagine themselves in the different available spaces: well-lit work areas, a rooftop with a 360° view of Paris and La Défense, a garden on the first floor, a lounge on the ground floor… Illustrations featuring characters make it easier to visualize these spaces.

The choice of a hoarding with varying heights adds rhythm to the information, reflects a dynamic quality, and avoids monotony. The greenery, a key element of the AIR project, is prominently featured on many of the display panels, enhancing urban communication. The hoarding blends into the urban environment, softened by the surrounding vegetation (trees) behind it.

A communication operation in complete Serenity

Setting up a hoarding requires specific knowledge and expertise. Celize excels in handling the constraints of this type of outdoor communication: administrative procedures, regulatory conditions, safety…

For the AIR project by ATLAND, several banners were produced. These included a printed fabric hoarding with a margin and a printed adhesive hoarding without a margin. In close collaboration with its client, Celize’s team designed a layout that is as smooth and attractive as possible. They ensured the graphic design aligned with both the AIR project and the company’s identity. The quality of printing and installation contributes to the final result.
