A highly designed construction hoarding

In 2023, SPIE Batignolles Immobilier is undertaking a major project by converting a Parisian mansion into office spaces. A project that deserves an urban dress-up worthy of its scale!

A transformation that doesn’t go unoticed

As a major player in the construction industry, the SPIE Batignolles Group operates in six areas of expertise: construction, energy, civil engineering and foundations, real estate, public works, and concessions. Located on Boulevard de Courcelles in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, SPIE Batignolles Immobilier is currently renovating a building to become a professional space combining offices, conference rooms, coworking, and relaxation areas (fitness, rooftop).

To highlight this construction site, a striking communication strategy was needed, reflecting the company’s graphic identity while allowing the architectural beauty of the facade to continue to shine through.

Radiant communication with attention to detail

Using yellow across the entire hoarding was a bold choice. This creative graphic choice aims to highlight the developer at first glance, a sentiment reinforced by the colorful screens and the logo directly applied to the building. However, this design, which also includes large-format displays of certain architectural details, symbolizes the coherence of the project and the connection between the existing structure and its future use.

The yellow of SPIE Batignolles Immobilier used along the length of the support creates this link. It catches the eye while revealing the elegance and heritage value of the place. The mix of materials used (dibond, plexiglass, and synthetic vegetation) blends seamlessly into this harmonious ensemble. The East and West faces of the hoarding are reserved for more institutional branding.

The construction site communication thus becomes softer, and any potential disturbances related to the work are perceived differently. This original display aligns with the sustainable development principles of the two real estate programs involved. The presence of vegetation catches the eye and enhances the impact of the external signage.

From design to installation

By collaborating with Celize, SPIE Batignolles Immobilier ensured a complete service from artistic direction to the installation of the setup. After gathering the client’s expectations and objectives and carefully considering their graphic charter, Celize’s teams proposed several creative options. These led to simulations that facilitated the final decision.

A technical plan with precise measurements was then established. Production monitoring and installation of the 3-meter high hoarding at certain points were also handled by Celize, along with all regulatory aspects of such urban communication.

Our team can translate your display needs whether for construction, exhibitions, inaugurations, product launches, etc. Present your project to us, and we will provide it with the visibility it deserves.

Graphic projections allowed the developer to visualize the proposed assemblies, the possible arrangement (vertical or diagonal) of the slats, and choose boxwood as the type of foliage. For optimal safety and stability, the support frame rests on low-carbon concrete blocks.

With Celize, you benefit from a personalized study and a turnkey service (from design to implementation). The guarantee of a project executed with complete peace of mind!
